We are a local chapter of the American Guild of Organists, the national professional association serving the organ and choral music fields.

The mission of the American Guild of Organists is to foster a thriving community of musicians who share their knowledge and inspire passion for the organ.

The vision of the American Guild of Organists is to engage, support, and uplift every organist.

Lorain County is located in Northeastern Ohio, and includes among other organ-related treasures Oberlin Conservatory, whose organ department is one of the world’s leading centers for organ instruction.

Anyone is welcome to join us. Whether you play a historic pipe organ or an electronic instrument, whether you learned to play by ear, have a music degree, or just like to listen to the king of instruments, there is something for you!
